چکیده

Abstract CdIn 2 S 4 (CIS) has attracted widespread attention due to its structural stability and photoelectric properties, however, it is difficult recycle when after usage. Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) as a suitable electron acceptor stable physicochemical properties enhanced the mechanical easily recycle. There are also few reports on applying CIS/CNFs composite photocatalyst in removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In this study, novel was synthesized via simple hydrothermal method. Various characterizations, such X-ray diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscope, Photoelectron Spectroscopy Transmission Microscopy proved successful synthesis of revealed that CNFs grow surfaces CIS connected with three-dimensional (3D) conductive network. Under visible light irradiation, degradation toluene reached optimal level 86% doped 3% CNFs. Furthermore, 95% removal efficiency achieved 200 ppm ozone added into system mineralization rate improved. The 3D network can facilitate effective separation transfer photogenerated electron-hole pairs, protect core from photo-corrosion be recycled. Ultimately, plausible ozone-enhanced photocatalytic mechanisms were proposed. Hence, study presents new visible-light driven photocatalysis process toward VOCs.

Efficiency of Photocatalytic Ozone Process Combined with Zinc Oxide in Removal of Amoxicillin from Hospital Wastewater

Background and purpose: One of the main problems of pollution of aquatic environments is hardly biodegradable chemicals with high toxicity such as antibiotics. If they are not removed from the wastewater, particularly the hospital wastewater, many health and environmental hazards are created. Therefore, appropriate management and treatment of this type of wastewater is highly necessary. This re...
